Abstract

ABSTRACT Arrahman Islamic Kindergarten (TK Islam Arrahman) is an educational institution that plays a vital role in providing educational and administrative services to parents. However, the administrative management at Arrahman Islamic Kindergarten in Slogohimo, particularly the New Student Admission (PPDB) process and the dissemination of the school profile, is still conducted manually. This manual approach results in inefficient administrative processes, which can lead to data errors and delays in sharing information with the public. Additionally, the dissemination of school information relies on conventional media, limiting its reach. Therefore, this research aims to develop a mobile application to support the new student admissions process and to present school profile information in a more structured and accessible manner. The application was developed using the Waterfall method, encompassing the analysis, design, implementation, and testing stages. The results indicate that the mobile application simplifies the new student registration process and enhances the efficiency of administrative data management at Arrahman Islamic Kindergarten.
