Abstract

ABSTRACT Consistently consuming nutritional products such as Herbalife can be challenging for many individuals striving to maintain a healthy lifestyle. This study aims to design and develop a Flutter-based mobile application incorporating gamification elements to enhance user motivation and discipline in regularly consuming Herbalife products. The application includes features such as daily consumption tracking, a streak system (consecutive days), points collection, healthy menu recommendations, and customizable automatic reminders via notifications managed by an admin. User management and notification systems are administered through an admin interface connected to Firebase. Implementation results demonstrate that integrating gamification into the application positively impacts user engagement and promotes greater consistency in product consumption. Additionally, users report increased motivation to achieve their daily goals due to the application’s enjoyable, interactive features.
