Abstract

ABSTRACT The development of information technology has brought significant changes to the business world, including the snack food industry. Prams Mandiri "Makmur", as a producer of chips and various snacks, faces challenges in improving operational efficiency and expanding market reach. Therefore, this study aims to develop a mobile sales application using Flutter for Prams Mandiri "Makmur" Various Snacks & Chips to facilitate transactions, enhance the customer experience, and optimize sales management processes. The system development follows the waterfall software development methodology, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. This application is built with Flutter and uses a MySQL database. The main features developed include product management, online ordering, payment processing, order history, and real-time sales management. Test results indicate that the developed application runs well and meets user needs. This system speeds up the transaction process, makes it more transparent, and makes it more accessible to customers. Furthermore, sales and inventory management are more organized, helping Prams Mandiri "Makmur" increase its competitiveness in the digital marketplace. Keywords: Sales System, Mobile, Flutter, MySQL
