Abstract

ABSTRACT PT Toto Sukses Abadi currently relies on a manual employee attendance and payroll system, which may result in recording errors, data processing delays, and decreased efficiency in administrative operations. This study aims to develop an integrated web- and mobile-based employee attendance and payroll management information system to enhance the effectiveness of personnel data management. The research methods employed included observation, interviews, and documentation, while the system development stages comprised analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The system was developed using a web platform for administrators and a mobile application for employees. Key features include employee data management, attendance tracking via QR codes, facial recognition and location validation, automated payroll processing, leave and permit requests, and report generation. Testing conducted using the Black Box Testing method demonstrated that all system features functioned as intended. The results indicate that the system improves efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in attendance and payroll processes. Therefore, the developed system is considered capable of replacing the manual system and enhancing administrative performance at PT Toto Sukses Abadi.
