Abstract

ABSTRACT This research presents the development of a web- and mobile-based application for monitoring students’ academic and non-academic progress, featuring learning outcome visualization to overcome the limitations of the manual system at SDN 2 Bungko Lor, Cirebon. The existing system lacks real-time access for teachers, homeroom teachers, and parents. Following the Waterfall methodology, the application was developed using Vue.js, Flutter, PHP, and MySQL. The process included a needs analysis through interviews and observations, UML design (Use Case and Activity Diagrams), and the implementation of features such as grade input, attendance tracking, behaviour monitoring, graphical dashboard visualisation, and user-to-user chat. Subsequent Black Box testing confirmed optimal functionality. This application enhances transparency, collaboration, and efficiency in comprehensive student progress monitoring. Recommendations for future improvements include data encryption and database optimization to support wider deployment.
