Abstract

ABSTRACT The industrial internship is a mandatory program for vocational high school students as part of work-based learning. In Temanggung Regency, the monitoring and evaluation process is still conducted manually using paper documents, making it difficult for supervising teachers and industrial mentors to track student progress in real time. Separating attendance data, activity reports, and performance assessments also creates inefficiencies and increases the risk of data loss. To address these challenges, an Android-based information system was developed to provide real-time monitoring and integrate all evaluation components into a single platform. This system is used by students, teachers, and industry mentors through a mobile application. At the same time, administrators manage the data via a web-based system. The developed system enables mentors to monitor students’ daily activities remotely and consolidates attendance data, activity reports, and performance assessments into one platform, thereby enhancing administrative efficiency and simplifying the management of industrial internship activities at SMK Negeri 2 Temanggung.
