Abstract
ABSTRACT Work stress is a significant issue that affects employee productivity and well-being across various companies. This research aims to develop a mobile application to efficiently and effectively monitor and detect employee work stress levels. The application was developed using the Flutter framework for the user interface and Supabase as the backend, incorporating the 30-question Work Stress Diagnosis Survey (SDS) questionnaire. Users include employees, who can complete the questionnaire and view their results graphically, and business owners, who can monitor overall stress level trends through a dashboard. Application testing was conducted using the Black-Box Testing method with 4 participants, demonstrating that all key features functioned according to specifications without significant issues. A user acceptance evaluation based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with 10 respondents yielded an average score of 85.4%, indicating a very high level of acceptance. Therefore, this application is expected to serve as a practical tool for monitoring work stress, thereby supporting improved employee well-being and productivity. Keywords: work stress, mobile application, monitoring, SDS questionnaire, Flutter
