Abstract

Perancangan Sport Center di Kabupaten Pangandaran merupakan upaya untuk menyediakan fasilitas olahraga terpadu yang tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai tempat aktivitas fisik, tetapi juga sebagai ruang publik yang mendukung rekreasi dan interaksi sosial masyarakat. Dengan mengusung pendekatan arsitektur rekreatif, perancangan ini menekankan pada penciptaan ruang yang menyenangkan, terbuka, dan bersifat inklusif, sehingga mampu meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat setempat sekaligus mendukung pengembangan pariwisata daerah. Pendekatan arsitektur rekreatif diwujudkan melalui penerapan elemen-elemen desain yang ramah lingkungan, integrasi antara ruang dalam dan luar, serta penggunaan material lokal yang memperkuat identitas kearifan lokal Pangandaran. Sport Center ini dirancang untuk menampung berbagai jenis kegiatan olahraga, baik formal maupun informal, serta menyediakan area pendukung seperti ruang hijau, zona santai, dan fasilitas publik lainnya. Hasil perancangan diharapkan dapat menjadi ikon baru bagi Kabupaten Pangandaran sekaligus menjadi katalisator bagi peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui gaya hidup sehat dan rekreatif. The design of the Sports Center in Pangandaran Regency aims to provide integrated sports facilities that serve not only as venues for physical activity but also as public spaces that promote community recreation and social interaction. By adopting a recreational architectural approach, this design emphasizes the creation of pleasant, open, and inclusive spaces that enhance residents' quality of life while supporting regional tourism development. This approach is realized through the incorporation of environmentally friendly design elements, seamless integration of indoor and outdoor spaces, and the use of local materials that reinforce Pangandaran’s cultural identity. The Sports Center is designed to accommodate a variety of sports activities, both formal and informal, while also offering supporting amenities such as green spaces, relaxation zones, and other public facilities. It is expected that this design will become a new icon for Pangandaran Regency and serve as a catalyst for improving community welfare through a healthy and recreational lifestyle.
