Abstract

Beton merupakan salah satu bahan konstruksi yang telah banyak digunakan untuk bangunan gedung, jembatan, jalan, dan lain-lain. Beton mempunyai peranan sangat penting untuk konstruksi karena mampu menahan gaya tekan dengan baik. Pemakaian beton sudah popular, pada perkembangannya beton dicampuri dengan beberapa bahan tambahan baik berupa bahan kimia maupun non kimia diantaranya, abu ampas tebu (AAT), Fly Ash, Bottom Ash, dan polimer. Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan antara beton normal dengan beton yang pemakaian agregat halusnya diganti oleh bottom ash, dan semen ditambah menggunakan fly ash terhadap kuat tekan beton. Pembuatan benda uji dan pengujian kuat tekan beton dilakukan di Laboraturium PT. Aneka Dharma Persada dengan jumlah benda uji sebanyak 15 buah, setelah umur beton 28 hari, benda uji silinder penambahan au batubara sebagai pengganti agregat halus dengan presentase 0%;50%;60%;70% dan 25% fly ash adalah 12,513 kg;11,260 kg; 11,700 kg dan 10,993 kg Berdasarkan pengujian kuat tekan beton normal memiliki kuat tekan rata-rata sebesar 12,28 MPa, sedangkan beton yang menggunakan bahan tambah bottom ash batubara dengan presentase 50%,60%,70% dan fly ash 25% memiliki kuat tekan rata-rata sebesar 12,42 MPa; 12,32 MPa; dan 12,12 MPa. Kadar penambahan yang paling optimal adalah pada abu batubara 50% dengan diperoleh kuat tekan sebesar 12,42 MPa. Kata Kunci: abu batubara, bottom ash, fly ash, berat isi, kuat tekan. Concrete is a construction material that has been widely used for buildings, bridges, roads, and others. Concrete has a very important role for construction because it is able to withstand compressive forces well. The use of concrete is already popular, in its development concrete was mixed with several additional materials, both chemical and non-chemical, including bagasse ash (AAT), Fly Ash, Bottom Ash, and polymers. This study aims to compare between normal concrete and concrete where the use of fine aggregate is replaced by bottom ash, and cement added with fly ash on the compressive strength of concrete. Manufacture of specimens and testing of concrete compressive strength is carried out at the PT. Aneka Dharma Persada with a total of 15 specimens, after 28 days of concrete age, cylindrical test specimens with the addition of coal au as a substitute for fine aggregate with a percentage of 0%; 50%; 60%; 70% and 25% fly ash is 12.513 kg; 11.260 kgs; 11.700 kg and 10.993 kg Based on the compressive strength test normal concrete has an average compressive strength of 12.28 MPa, while concrete using bottom ash added coal with a percentage of 50%, 60%, 70% and 25% fly ash has compressive strength an average of 12.42 MPa; 12.32 MPa; and 12.12 MPa.
