Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu faktor terpenting dalam menentukan keberhasilan suatu proyek. Pengukuran sumber daya manusia dinyatakan dalam nilai numerik diukur dari produktivitas tenaga pekerja berdasarkan variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas tenaga pekerja khususnya tukang batu dalam suatu proyek konstruksi dan ingin melihat seberapa besar produktivitas yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Proyek pembangunan gedung SJMJ Kulon Progo. Prosedur penelitian dimulai dari penyusunan dan penetapan variabel- variabel bebas sebagai faktor yang mempengaruhi dan selanjutnya pembuatan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam mencari hubungan antara produktivitas dengan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi adalah metode analisa regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F (ANOVA) dan koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan aplikasi statistik yaitu SPSS versi 23. Adapun metode analisa data lain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas dan realibilitas yang digunakan dalam pengujian kuesioner. Hasil dari pengolahan data penelitian menunjukkan terdapat empat variabel bebas yang secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen (produktivitas) yaitu variabel pengalaman dengan nilai thitung (3,190) > ttabel (1,729), usia dengan nilai thitung (3,848) > ttabel (1,729), cuaca dengan nilai thitung (1,812) > ttabel (1,729), dan K3 dengan nilai thitung (2,282) > ttabel (1,729). Secara simultan variabel-variabel bebas berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen produktivitas terlihat dari hasil uji ANOVA dimana nilai Fhitung (4,369) > Ftabel (2,849). Untuk hasil rata-rata produktivitas tenaga kerja di lapangan didapat sebesar 8,5 m2/8 jam/orang, Kata Kunci: Tenaga Kerja, Produktivitas, Variabel, simultan Human resources are one of the most important factors in determining the success of a project. Measurement of human resources is expressed in numerical values measured from the productivity of labor based on the influencing variables. The purpose of this study is to find out what factors influence the productivity of workers, especially bricklayers in a construction project and want to see how much productivity is generated. This research was conducted at the SJMJ Kulon Progo building construction project. The research procedure starts from the preparation and determination of the independent variables as influencing factors and then the creation of a questionnaire as a research instrument. The research method used to find the relationship between productivity and influencing factors is multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test (ANOVA) and the coefficient of determination with the help of statistical applications, namely SPSS version 23. The other data analysis methods used in this study is a test of validity and reliability used in testing the questionnaire. The results of research data processing show that there are four independent variables that significantly influence the dependent variable (productivity), namely experience variable with tcount (3.190) > ttable (1.729), age with tcount (3.848) > ttable (1.729), weather with tcount (1.812) > ttable (1.729), and K3 with tcount (2.282) > ttable (1.729). Simultaneously the independent variables affect the dependent variable productivity as seen from the results of the ANOVA test where the value of Fcount (4.369) > Ftable (2.849).
