Abstract
Waste manpower merupakan hasil dari pengelolaan tenaga kerja yang buruk dipelaksanaan proyek. Waste manpower yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan konstruksi dapat berdampak buruk terhadap lingkungan bahkan penyedia jasa karena mengalami kerugian. Diperlukan sistem untuk meminimalisir waste manpower terjadi pada proyek konstruksi. Lean Construction dapat menjadi solusi yang tepat untuk meminimalisir terjadinya kerugian dan pemborosan serta meningkatkan nilai (value) dalam dunia konstruksi. Penelitian yang dilakukan di Proyek Pembangunan Student Dormitory Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variabel serta jenis tenaga kerja yang dominan menjadi penyebab waste manpower dari hasil pengolahan data pengamatan juga kuesioner menggunakan metode teorema bayes dan diagram pareto. Tidak selesai disitu penelitian ini juga untuk mengetahui total biaya yang dihasilkan waste manpower dan nantinya akan ditinjau dengan penerapan Lean Construction yang akan menghasilkan persentase penerapan Lean Construction pada pelaksanaan Proyek tersebut. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan pengisian kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi dilapangan. Hasil dari pengolahan data dari pengisian kuesioner menggunakan metode Teorema Bayes didapatkan variabel yang paling dominan dalam menyebabkan waste manpower adalah Sumber Daya Manusia, yang memiliki nilai rata-rata probabilitas 100%. Hasil analisis Diagram Pareto dengan menggunakan konsep 20/80 bahwa Tenaga Kerja Besi/Cor dan Tenaga Kerja Bekisting merupakan jenis tenaga kerja yang paling dominan menimbulkan waste manpower. Hasil analisis estimasi total biaya yang ditimbulkan dari wasate manpower sebesar Rp2.318.101,59. Hasil wawancara dan pengisian kuesioner didapatkan bahwa Proyek Pembangunan Student Dormitory Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta telah menerapkan Lean Construction sebesar 91,30% dimana ada 2 tools yang tidak ada atau tidak diterapkan yaitu Reverse Phase Scheduling (RPS) dan Six-Week Lookahead (SWLA) dan setelah dilakukan analisis yang ditinjau dari waste manpower didapat bahwa penerapan Lean Construction pada proyek tersebut sebesar 90,36% Kata kunci: Waste Manpower, Teorema bayes, Diagram Pareto, Lean Construction. Waste manpower is the result of poor labor management in project implementation. Waste manpower resulting from construction activities can have a negative impact on the environment and even service providers because they experience losses. A system is needed to minimize waste manpower occurring in construction projects. Lean Construction can be the right solution to minimize losses and waste and increase value in the world of construction. This research, which was carried out at the Student Dormitory Development Project at Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta, aims to determine the dominant variables and types of labor that cause manpower waste from the results of processing observational data as well as questionnaires using the Bayes theorem and Pareto diagram methods. This research is also to determine the total costs generated by waste manpower and will later be reviewed with the application of Lean Construction which will produce the percentage of its application in the implementation of the project. Research data was obtained using questionnaires, interviews and field observations. The results of data processing from filling out the questionnaire using the Bayes Theorem method showed that the most dominant variable in causing waste manpower is Human Resources, which has an average probability value of 100%. The results of the Pareto Diagram analysis using the 20/80 concept show that Iron/Cast Labor and Formwork Labor are the most dominant types of labor that cause waste manpower. The results of the analysis estimate the total costs incurred from waste manpower amounting to IDR 2,318,101.59. The results of interviews and filling out questionnaires showed that the Yogyakarta Muhammadiyah University Student Dormitory Development Project had implemented 91.30% of Lean Construction, where there were 2 tools that were missing or not implemented, namely Reverse Phase Scheduling (RPS) and Six-Week Lookahead (SWLA). After conducting an analysis in terms of waste manpower, it was found that the implementation of Lean Construction on the project was 90.36% Keywords: Waste Manpower, Bayes Theorem, Pareto Diagram, Lean Construction.
