Abstract

Kecamatan Tidore merupakan wilayah dengan jumlah penduduk tertinggi di Kota Tidore. Kecamatan Tidore merupakan wilayah yang cukup kompleks dengan sebagian besar pusat perekonomian, fasilitas umum, pemukiman, perkantoran dan juga instansi pemerintahan berada di Kecamatan Tidore. Oleh karena itu, pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk di Kecamatan Tidore juga terus meningkat, hal ini menyebabkan kebutuhan pokok di wilayah Kecamatan Tidore ikut meningkat pula. Kebutuhan pokok yang harus diperhatikan di wilayah Kecamatan Tidore salah satunya adalah kebutuhan air, khususnya air bersih. Air bersih di daerah kecamatan Tidore menjadi perhatian yang sifatnya sangat urgent. Hal itu terjadi dikarenakan wilayah Kecamatan Tidore merupakan salah satu kecamatan yang memiliki beberapa kelurahan dengan penyediaan air bersih yang sangat minim. Proyeksi pertumbuhan penduduk di Kecamatan Tidore ini dihitung dengan menggunakan metode aritmatik untuk memproyeksikan jumlah penduduk hingga tahun 2033. Perhitungan proyeksi jumlah penduduk didasarkan Peraturan Menteri PU Nomor : 18/PRT/M/2007 tentang Penyelenggaraan Pengembangan Sistem Penyediaan Air Minum. Hasil analisis proyeksi pertumbuhan penduduk kemudian dijadikan dasar perhitungan kebutuhan air bersih untuk menghitung kebutuhan air domestik, kebutuhan air non domestik, kebutuhan air total, kehilangan air, kebutuhan air rata-rata dan kebutuhan air maksimum. Hasil dari kebutuhan air bersih pada tahun rencana 2033 kemudian dijadikan perbandingan terhadap kecukupan ketersediaan air bersih di wilayah Kecamatan Tidore. Hasil analisis proyeksi pertumbuhan penduduk yang dilakukan menjelaskan proyeksi jumlah penduduk di tahun 2033 sebesar 33269 jiwa. Hasil analisis kebutuhan air bersih yaitu kebutuhan domestik sebesar 34,6549 lt/dt, kebutuhan non domestik sebesar 6,9310 lt/dt, kebutuhan total sebesar 41,5859 lt/dt, kehilangan air sebesar 8,3172 lt/dt, kebutuhan rata-rata sebesar 49,9031 lt/dt, kebutuhan maksimum sebesar 54,8934. Analisis ketersediaan air pada tahun 2033 sebesar 34 liter/detik, maka (34 liter/detik < 54,8934 liter/detik). Hasil analisis tersebut menjelaskan bahwa ketersediaan air mengalami defisit yang artinya belum mampu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air di wilayah Kecamatan Tidore sampai pada tahun rencana 2033. Kata kunci: Air Bersih, Aritmatik, Kebutuhan, Ketersediaan, Proyeksi Penduduk. Tidore District is the area with the highest population in Tidore City. Tidore District is a quite complex area with most of the economic centers, public facilities, residential areas, offices and government agencies located there. Population growth in Tidore District also continues to increase, this causes basic needs in the Tidore District area to also increase. One of the basic needs that must be considered in the Tidore District area is the need for water, especially clean water. Clean water in the Tidore sub-district area is a very urgent concern. This happened because the Tidore District area is one of the sub-districts which has several sub-districts with very minimal clean water supplies. The projected population growth in Tidore District is calculated using the arithmetic method to project the population until 2033. The calculation of the projected population is based on Minister of Public Works Regulation Number: 18/PRT/M/2007 concerning Implementation of Drinking Water Supply System Development. The results of the analysis of population growth projections are then used as a basis for calculating clean water needs for domestic water, non-domestic water needs, total water needs, water losses, average water needs and maximum water needs. The results of clean water requirements in the 2033 planning year are then used as a comparison of the adequacy of clean water availability in the Tidore District area. The results of the population growth projection analysis carried out explain that the projected population in 2033 is 33,269 people. The results of the analysis of clean water needs are domestic needs of 34.6549 lt/s, non-domestic needs of 6.9310 lt/s, total needs of 41.5859 lt/s, water loss of 8.3172 lt/s, average needs the average is 49.9031 lt/sec, the maximum requirement is 54.8934. Analysis of water availability in 2033 is 34 liters/second, so (34 liters/second < 54.8934 liters/second). The results of this analysis explain that water availability is experiencing a deficit, meaning it will not be able to meet water needs in the Tidore District area until the 2033 plan year.
