Abstract

Gedung Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas IGM Palembang adalah Struktur bangunan bertingkat yang terdiri dari 7 lantai, Gedung tersebut terdiri dari struktur beton bertulang biasa (pelat, balok, dan kolom) atau sistem konvensional. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan mendesain ulang dengan mengubah jenis struktur megubah jenis struktur yaitu dengan menghilangkan balok serta menambahkan drop panel dan shear wall. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui berapa dimensi flat slab dan drop panel, shear wall, beserta besar simpangan antar lantai (storydrift) dan Stabilitas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk perencanaan beban gempa adalah analisis statik dan ekivalen menggunakan respon spektrum dengan acuan SNI 1726-2019 tentang tata cara perencanaan ketahanan gempa untuk struktur bangunan gedung dan nongedung. Perencanaan struktur bangunan menggunakan SNI 2847-2019 yaitu tentang persyaratan beton struktural untuk bangunan gedung dan penjelasannya. Pembebanan bangunan diperhitungkan dengan acuan SNI 1727-2020 tentang beban minimum perancangan bangunan gedung dan struktur lainnya. Analisis perhitungan struktur gedung UIGM Palembang menggunakan program bantu ETABS Ultimate 20.0.0. Hasil dari perancangan didapatkan tebal pelat 250 mm, tebal drop panel 150 mm dengan lebar 200 cm baik ke arah sumbu x maupun ke arah sumbu y, Dinding geser dirancang dengan ketebalan 300 mm dengan menggunakan komopen batas dan drif ratio minimum 1,05 mm sedangkan maksimum 3,806 mm arah X, Serta mempuyai drif ratio minimum 2,821 mm dan maksimum 10,89 arah Y, nilai koefisien stabilitas yaitu 0,0047. Kata kunci: Struktur Gedung, Flat slab, Drop panel, Shear Wall dan Story drift The IGM Palembang University Faculty of Medicine building is a multi-storey building structure consisting of 7 floors. The building consists of ordinary reinforced concrete structures (plates, beams and columns) or conventional systems. In this research, a redesign was carried out by changing the type of structure, namely by removing beams and adding drop panels and shear walls. The aim of the research is to find out the dimensions of flat slabs and drop panels, shear walls, along with the amount of drift between floors (storydrift) and stability. The research method used for earthquake load planning is static and equivalent analysis using spectrum responses with reference to SNI 1726-2019 concerning procedures for earthquake resistance planning for building and non-building structures. Building structure planning uses SNI 2847-2019, namely regarding structural concrete requirements for buildings and explanations. Building loads are calculated with reference to SNI 1727-2020 concerning minimum loads for designing buildings and other structures. Analysis of structural calculations for the UIGM Palembang building using the ETABS Ultimate 20.0.0 program. The results of the design showed that the plate thickness was 250 mm, the drop panel thickness was 150 mm with a width of 200 cm both in the x-axis direction and in the y-axis direction. The shear wall was designed with a thickness of 300 mm using a boundary compound and a minimum drift ratio of 1.05 mm while the maximum 3,806 mm in the X direction, and has a minimum drift ratio of 2,821 mm and a maximum of 10.89 in the Y direction, the stability coefficient value is 0.0047.
