Abstract
Bantul merupakan kabupaten dengan jumlah penduduk sebesar 1.013.170 jiwa (BPS Bantul 2022). Seiring dengan meningkatnya jumlah penduduk penggunaan transportasi pribadi juga semakin meningkat, jumlah kendaraan bermotor di Kabupaten Bantul menurut BPS Kabupaten Bantul 2022 mencapai 382,452 sepeda motor dengan peningkatan sekitar 6,38%. Karena jumlah penduduk yang tinggi, sehingga dibutuhkan sarana transportasi yang aman, nyaman dan tepat waktu untuk dapat memuaskan pengguna jasa transportasi. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana tingkat aksesibilitas Halte Trans Jogja di Kabupaten Bantul. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode PTAL (Public Transport Accessibility levels) untuk mengukur tingkat aksesibilitas Trans Jogja berdasarkan indeks Accessibility Levels di Kabupaten Bantul. Setelah mengetahui nilai indeks aksesibilitas tersebut, dilanjutkan dengan menganalisis pola spasial dengan metode interpolasi, selanjutnya dikaitkan dengan sistem kegiatan melalui metode overlay peta penggunaan lahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 98,77% dari Luas Kabupaten Bantul tidak terjangkau layanan Trans Jogja berdasarkan jarak tempuh berjalan kaki secara ideal sejauh 400 m dari halte dan 96,27% tidak terjangkau berdasarkan jarak tempuh maksimal berjalan kaki 800 m dari halte. Selain itu, 2 – 5 % area lainnya memiliki tingkat aksesibilitas pada kategori sangat kurang terjangkau dan kurang terjangkau. Apabila dikaitkan dengan penggunaan lahan untuk kawasan pemukiman, industri, pariwisata, pedesaan, dan kawasan perkotaan memiliki kategori aksesibilitas yang tidak terjangkau melebihi 50% dari luas total setiap penggunaan lahan tersebut. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan aksesibilitas Trans Jogja di Kabupaten Bantul sangat diperlukan melalui integrasi sistem jaringan angkutan umum untuk meningkatkan pola mobilitas berbasis transit di Kabupaten Bantul. Due to the high population, safe, comfortable and timely transportation facilities are needed to satisfy transportation service users. Thus, this research was conducted to determine the level of accessibility of the Trans Jogja Bus Stop in Bantul Regency. The analytical method used is the PTAL (Public Transport Accessibility levels) method to measure the level of accessibility of Trans Jogja based on the Accessibility Levels index in Bantul Regency. After knowing the value of the accessibility index, proceed with analyzing the spatial pattern using the interpolation method, then linking it to the activity system using the land use map overlay method. The research results show that 98.77% of the area of Bantul Regency is unreachable by Trans Jogja services based on the ideal walking distance of 400 m from the bus stop and 96.27% is unreachable based on the maximum walking distance of 800 m from the bus stop. Apart from that, 2 – 5% of other areas have accessibility levels in the very less accessible and less affordable categories. When related to land use for residential, industrial, tourism, rural and urban areas, the unaffordable accessibility category exceeds 50% of the total area of each land use. Therefore, increasing the accessibility of Trans Jogja in Bantul Regency is very necessary through the integration of the public transport network system to improve transit-based mobility patterns in Bantul Regency.
