Abstract
Bencana alam menyebabkan banyak kerusakan baik fisik maupun manusia. Salah satu bencana alam yang sering terjadi saat musim hujan adalah banjir. Banjir merupakan fenomena hidrologi yang sulit diprediksi, proses banjir ditandai dengan naiknya muka air melebihi kapasitas sungai sehingga menimbulkan luapan yang disebut banjir. Dalam upaya meminimalisir dampak kerugian yang berlebihan, dilakukan pemantauan banjir yang kemudian diintegrasikan ke dalam sistem peringatan dini banjir. Metode pemantauan banjir yang digunakan adalah metode Muskingum. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di Sungai Telomoyo, bagian hulu berada di Pos Rowokawuk, sedangkan bagian hilir berada di Pos Madurejo. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini data hujan harian tahunan, data debit harian sungai, data tinggi muka air. Hasil analisis banjir menunjukkan debit puncak banjir dari Rowokawuk hingga Telomoyo sekitar 3 jam 56 menit dengan besar debit pada pos Rawokawuk sekitar 1568,28 m3/det dan pada pos Madurejo sekitar 1323,88 m3/det. Pada penelitian ini, sistem yang digunakan sebagai peringatan dini banjir adalah Arduino Uno. Dengan menggunakan Arduino Uno, peringatan dini banjir dapat dikirimkan kepada warga sekitar sungai dan dapat dilihat melalui ponsel warga. Kata kunci: Banjir, Muskingum, Peringatan dini banjir Natural disasters cause a lot of damage, both physical and human. One of the natural disasters that often occurs during the rainy season is flooding. Flooding is a hydrological phenomenon that is difficult to predict, and the flooding process is characterized by the water level rising beyond the capacity of the river, causing an overflow called a flood. In an effort to minimize the impact of excessive losses, flood monitoring is carried out which is then integrated into the flood early warning system. The flood monitoring method used is the Muskingum method. The location of this research was carried out on the Telomoyo River, the upstream part of which is at the Rowokawuk Post, while the downstream part is at the Madurejo Post. The data used in this research is annual daily rainfall data, daily river discharge data, and water level data. The results of the flood analysis show that the peak flood discharge from Rowokawuk to Telomoyo was around 3 hours 56 minutes with the discharge at the Rawokawuk post being around 1568.28 m3/sec and at the Madurejo post around 1323.88 m3/sec. In this research, the system used for early flood warning is Arduino Uno. By using Arduino Uno, early flood warnings can be sent to residents around the river and can be seen on residents' cellphones. Key words: Flood, Muskingum, Flood early warning
