Abstract

Gedung DPRD Kalimantan Utara merupakan Kantor Daerah Kabupaten Bulungan . Oleh karena itu, Gedung DPRD Kalimantan utara perlu peningkatan fasilitas pelayanan baik dalam kualitas maupun kuantitasnya untuk meningkatkan sarana pelayanan di kantor tersebut agar tingkat pelayanan kepada masyarakat Kalimantan utara meningkat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui performance point struktur Gedung DPRD Kalimantan Utara berdasarkan ketentuan ATC 40 dan mengetahui perilaku/kinerja struktur Gedung DPRD Kalimantan Utara berdasarkan evaluasi ATC 40. Hasil analisis pushover didapatkan nilai titik kinerja (performance point) gedung tersebut untuk push x adalah Sa= 0,115 dan Sd= 0,013 sedangkan untuk nilai dari push y adalah Sa= 0,116 dan Sd= 0,015. Sedangkan hasil analisis push x, nilai maksimum total drift = 0,0012 dan nilai maksimum inelastic drift 0,0015 . Sedangkan push y, nilai maksimum total drift 0,0015 dan nilai maksimum inelastic drift 0,0013. Berdasarkan ATC-40 hasil dari perhitungan tersebut masuk kedalam kelas Immediate Occupancy (IO) yang artinya apabila terjadi gempa struktur masih aman, hanya terjadi sedikit kerusakan minor dimana untuk memperbaikinya tidak mengganggu pengguna, kekuatan dan kekakuannya kira-kira hampir sama dengan kondisi sebelum gempa, sistem pemikul gaya vertikal dan lateral pada struktur masih mampu memikul gaya gempa yang terjadi. Kata Kunci: ATC 40, Evaluasi Kinerja Struktur, Pushover Analysis, Kantor. The North Kalimantan DPRD building is the Regional Office of Bulungan Regency. Therefore, the North Kalimantan DPRD Building needs to improve service facilities both in quality and quantity to improve service facilities in the office so that the level of service to the people of North Kalimantan increases. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance point of the North Kalimantan DPRD Building structure based on the ATC 40 provisions and to determine the behavior/performance of the North Kalimantan DPRD Building structure based on the ATC 40 evaluation. From the results of the pushover analysis, the performance point value for the building for push x is Sa = 0.115 and Sd = 0.013 while the value of push y is Sa = 0.116 and Sd = 0.015. While the results of push x analysis, the maximum value of total drift = 0.0012 and the maximum value of inelastic drift is 0.0015 . While push y, the maximum value of total drift is 0.0015 and the maximum value of inelastic drift is 0.0013. Based on ATC-40 the results of these calculations are included in the Immediate Occupancy (IO) class, which means that if an earthquake occurs the structure is still safe, only minor damage occurs which does not interfere with the user to repair it, the strength and stiffness are approximately the same as before the earthquake, vertical and lateral force-bearing systems on the structure are still able to withstand the earthquake forces that occur.
