Abstract

Seiring dengan meningkatnya aktivitas pelayanan kesehatan, permintaan kebutuhan fasilitas penunjang layanan tersebut semakin meningkat. Salah satunya adalah lahan parkir di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Majenang Kabupaten Cilacap. Lahan parkir yang tersedia harus dapat menampung kendaraan karyawan, pasien dan pengunjung rumah sakit. Oleh sebab itu perlu adanya analisis kebutuhan ruang parkir di RSUD Majenang Kabupaten Cilacap. Dalam melakukan evaluasi fasilitas ruang parkir, diawali dengan tahap persiapan yang meliputi kegiatan mencari literatur yang mengikuti pedoman dan hitungan dari Hoobs, F.D. 1995. Serta Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Darat 1998, setelah itu melakukan survey pendahuluan, serta pengumpulan data yang terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapat nilai akumulasi maksimal sepeda motor terjadi pada hari Kamis, 30 Maret 2023 yaitu sebanyak 274 kendaraan. Sedangkan akumulasi parkir maksimal mobil terjadi pada hari Jumat, 31 Maret 2023 yaitu sebanyak 39 kendaraan. Volume parkir kendaran sepeda motor maksimal terjadi pada hari Selasa, 4 April 2023 sebanyak 474 kendaraan. Sedangkan volume parkir mobil maksimal terjadi pada hari Rabu, 29 Maret 2023 sebanyak 86 kendaraan. Durasi parkir rerata kendaraan sepeda motor maksimal terjadi pada hari Kamis, 30 Maret 2023 dengan durasi rata-rata 111,46 menit atau 1,89 jam. Sedangkan durasi maksimum rerata mobil terjadi pada hari Selasa, 4 April 2023 yaitu 97,37 menit atau 1,63 jam. Indeks parkir sepeda motor terbesar terjadi pada Hari Kamis, 30 Maret 2023 sebesar 87%. Sedangkan indeks parkir mobil terbesar terjadi pada Hari Jumat, 31 Maret 2023 sebesar 126%. Kebutuhan Ruang Parkir (KRP) sepeda motor maksimal terjadi pada Hari Kamis, 30 Maret 2023 yaitu sebesar 301 SRP. Kebutuhan Ruang Parkir (KRP) mobil maksimal terjadi pada Hari Jumat, 31 Maret 2023 yaitu sebesar 43 SRP. Kata kunci: Lahan parkir, karakteristik parkir, kebutuhan ruang parkir. Along with the increase in health service activities, the demand for the need for service support facilities is increasing. One of them is the parking lot at the Majenang Regional General Hospital, Cilacap Regency. The available parking area must be able to accommodate the vehicles of employees, patients and visitors to the hospital. Therefore it is necessary to analyze the need for parking space at Majenang Hospital, Cilacap Regency. In evaluating parking space facilities, it begins with the preparation stage which includes activities to search for literature following the guidelines and calculations from Hoobs, F.D. 1995. As well as the Directorate General of Land Transportation in 1998, after that conducted a preliminary survey, as well as data collection consisting of primary data and secondary data. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the maximum accumulated value of motorbikes occurred on Thursday, March 30, 2023, namely 274 vehicles. Meanwhile, the maximum accumulation of car parking occurred on Friday, March 31, 2023, namely 39 vehicles. The maximum parking volume for motorbikes will occur on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, with a total of 474 vehicles. Meanwhile, the maximum volume of car parking occurred on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, with a total of 86 vehicles. The maximum average parking duration for motorbikes occurs on Thursday, 30 March 2023 with an average duration of 111.46 minutes or 1.89 hours. Meanwhile, the average maximum duration of a car occurs on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, which is 97.37 minutes or 1.63 hours. The largest motorcycle parking index occurred on Thursday, 30 March 2023 at 87%. Meanwhile, the largest car parking index occurred on Friday, 31 March 2023 at 126%. The maximum motorcycle parking space requirement (KRP) will occur on Thursday, March 30, 2023, which is 301 SRP.
