Abstract

ABSTRAK Perencanaan struktur bangunan gedung tahan gempa sangat penting di indonesia. Selama ini analisis terhadap gempa menggunakan metode force based design yang mana perhitungan gaya gempanya dilakukan dengan analisis linier (elastis) yang tidak menunjukan kinerja bangunan terhadap gempa secara langsung. Adanya tren terbaru dari perencanaan maupun evaluasi bangunan gempa saat ini adalah perencanaan berbasis kinerja yang dikenal dengan performance based earthquake engineering (PBEE). Konsep perancangan berbasis kinerja merupakan kombinasi dari aspek tahanan dan aspek layan. Konsep PBEE dapat digunakan untuk mendesain bangunan baru (performance based seismic design) maupun mengevaluasi bangunan yang sudah ada (performance based seismic evaluation). Rumah sakit merupakan gedung dengan resiko tinggi sehingga harus diketahui level kinerja dan pola keruntuhan jika terjadi gempa, penelitian ini mengambil studi kasus pada gedung rangka beton Rumah sakit PKU Muhamadiah yang berada di kota Tegal Jawa Tengah, tinggi bangunan 23 meter dengan 5 lantai. Standar analisis mengacu pada peraturan SNI 1726:2012, ATC 40, dan FEMA 356. Analisis struktur dilakukan dengan menggunakan sofware SAP2000 perhitungan dilakukan dengan memberikan pola beban lateral statik pada struktur dan meningkatkan faktor pengali secara bertahap sampai satu target perpindahan lateral dari suatu titik acuan dicapai. Berdasarkan performance point didapatkan maximum total drift push X adalah 0,0058 < 0,01 (Immediate Occupancy) dan maximum inelastic drift adalah 0,0041 < 0,005 (Immediate Occupancy), sehingga apabila terjadi gempa, gedung hanya sedikit mengalami kerusakan struktur dan nonstruktur, sehingga bangunan dianggap aman dan dapat langsung difungsikan kembali. Kata kunci : performance based earthquake engineering, rumah sakit, level kinerja, SAP2000. ABSTRACT Designing earthquake resistant building structures is very important in Indonesia. During this time the analysis of the earthquake using force based design method in which the calculation of earthquake force using by linear analysis (elastic), does not show the building performance reactions the earthquake directly. The current trend of designing and evaluating earthquake buildings today using performance based earthquake engineering (PBEE). The performance based design concept is a combination of aspects of detention and service aspects. The PBEE concept can be used to design new buildings (performance based seismic design) and evaluate existing buildings (performance based seismic evaluation). The hospital is a kind of high risk building so that the level of performance and pattern of collapse should occur if an earthquake occurs, this study takes a case study on a concrete frame building PKU Muhamadiah hospital located in the city of Tegal, Central Java, building height of 23 meters with 5 floors. The analysis standard refers to the regulations of SNI 1726: 2012, ATC 40, and FEMA 356. Structural analysis carried out using SAP2000 software calculations is done by giving a static lateral load pattern to the structure and increasing the multiplier factor gradually until a lateral displacement target from a reference point is reached . Based on the performance point obtained the maximum total push drift X is 0.0058 <0.01 (Immediate Occupancy) and the maximum inelastic drift is 0.0041 <0.005 (Immediate Occupancy), so that in the event of an earthquake, the building has only a slight structural and nonstructural damage, so that the building is considered safe and can be immediately functioned again.
