Abstract

ABSTRACT The security of the parking lot is a very crucial thing wherever it is. Not only in the neighborhood, in urban environments security is also very important because security is one of the factors which can affect the comfort level of a city. Currently, parking management still applies conventional parking which develops in the community. Conventional parking has disadvantages including weak security and a lack of efficiency in implementation, as well as collection of parking fees which are sometimes unreasonable or expensive. From this problem, a parking system which can secure vehicles and can make parking payments more efficient is needed. Security in this system uses a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) card, Rfid also functions as a parking transaction tool that has balances and is supported by an android application to monitor information on member parking positions and balance accounts. The design starts from parking tools, android applications, and websites which are used to process member data. This research has produced an Android-based Motorcycle Parking system in urban city which is created using Wemos d1 esp8266 as the control center, Rfid Tag as an identified card and parking fee transaction, Rfid Reader as a rfid tag reader, Servo Motor as a locker, Ultrasonic Sensor as sender parking slot status information, Oled Display to display parking information, an Android application that is used to display information on the remaining balance and member parking status, and a website for admin as a data processor, and DDNS as a Domain name that uses dynamic addresses for communication between parking systems and android. This parking system is designed like a bicycle parking lot with locked front wheels if the Rfid card is registered. Keywords: Parking, Rfid, Wemos D1, Esp8266, Android.
