Abstract

Power supply systems are absolutely needed in electronic units requiring continuous electric energy. Power supply systems are used to replace main sources of PLN (State-Owned Electric Power Company). The application needs a support device in the form of Automatic transfer switch (ATS) to switch or transfer from main sources to power supply sources or from power supply sources to main sources. This paper discusses realization of Arduino UNO-based ATS device which works based on current and voltage reading. After being tested, this system indicates that ATS device could measure current and voltage on the PLN Source measurement and Inverter. Other test shows that relay system can function to transfer source of electricity from main sources to power supply sources, and vice versa. Keywords: Automatic transfer switch, Arduino UNO, relay.
