Abstract
PT. Srikaya Utama Abadi is a company engaged in the distribution of LPG Gas which stands in Bantul City, Yogyakarta. As a LPG Gas agent, PT. Srikaya Utama Abadi distributes LPG Gas, especially LPG Gas 3 Kilograms to various sub-outlets (bases) in various places such as Sedayu, Banguntapan, Kasihan, Sewon, Imogiri, and others, by relying on the sending crew (driver) owned. The great number of existing sub-distributors (bases) demand the agents (companies) to do reporting process to Pertamina quickly. However due to the manual process of reporting the distribution from the driver to the agent, the agent cannot get information regarding the distribution process in real time, this certainly takes a lot of time. Therefore, an idea emerged to design a monitoring system for LPG distribution of 3 Kilograms. The system is web-based, and is built using HTML and CSS languages, PHP programming languages, and MySQL as its database. It is hoped that this system can help a series of 3 Kilogram LPG Gas distribution processes. In addition, it is also expected that the system can provide information in real time and accurately related to a series of distribution processes.
