Abstract
The availability of quality cattle feed is a must in supporting the progress of cattle farmers. Some factors make the availability of cattle feed not guaranteed, namely the producers of cattle feed that are still small so as to produce products that are imbalanced with the amount of animal feed needs. Other factors are unclear information about the availability of cattle feed definitely, which triggers the price of cattle feed. This study aims to connect suppliers, distributors and consumers of cattle feed in a system. With the aim of meeting cattle feed requirements and can guarantee availability. The analytical method using supply chain management or commonly called supply chain management is a method that can manage product manufacturing to product distribution to consumers. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that a clear supply chain flow can support the supply chain and supply chain performance. Cattle feed needs can be fulfilled as needed, the product stock can be calculated for sustainability and not cause scarcity. Keywords: Supply Chain, Cattle Feed, Supply Chain Application
