Abstract
Indonesia is a country with various natural beauty and culture. In 2017, it was recorded in the Central Bureau of Statistics data that the number of foreign tourist visits was 14.04 million visits. This number is the highest number of visits. This number rose 21.88% compared to the number of foreign tourist visits in 2016 which was 11.52 million foreign tourist visits. The increasing development of tourism indirectly has an impact on the demand for the provision of components or infrastructure supporting the tourism industry. Forecasting a thing that will happen in the future based on data that is now and in the past. With the forecasting and predictions, it can be used to prepare for better operations or services. The prediction is done by using the Fuzzy logic method to provide a forecast of the number of foreign tourist visits in the future. This study uses 20 data on tourist arrivals in Indonesia from 1998 to 2017 with an average error average forecasting error rate (AFER) of 0.02336% with an accuracy of 93.81192494%.
