Abstract
Assessment of Employee Performance is a tool to measure employee contributions to an organization and to develop themselves. Employee Performance aims to assess how well employees have done and what they have to do to be better in the future. This is done by referring to the content of the work that they are doing and what they expect to achieve every aspect of their work. Therefore, performance appraisal has to be able to push employees towards better change. With this performance assessment, it is expected that individuals who are considered capable of knowing their abilities and can correct mistakes they made. At Adil Cooperative in Pecangaan subdistric Jepara, every employee has not been monitored from the work activities which are carried out, therefore, to meet the target or standard, an employee performance report system is made. It is necessary to make this system to overcome the problems which exist in these agencies in which employees find it difficult to figure out the description of activities and points on employee performance, thus, the employee performance report system is required by the AHP (Analtytic Hirarchy Process) method.
