Abstract

Majesthink is one of the companies in the field of information technology that is developing in the city of Yogyakarta. This company is a solution to information technology problems such as mobile apps or web apps. Majesthink will carry out employee ranking that aims to assess and recommend the best employees who are eligible to receive promotions and salary increases, so that the company can choose in detail based on the variables of discipline, cleanliness, honesty, communication, cooperation, and responsibility, which will be accumulated into Crips and calculated using the simple additive weighting method (SAW) and are expected to help make it easier for companies to select competent employees and have good responsibilities and cooperation,. This system will accumulate the value of each variable and be processed then the best employee list will be sorted in the order value of employee performance so that officers can directly choose which employees will receive awards or promotions.
