Abstract

The rapid development of technology has exerted a big influence on human life, Complaint process to the Satpol PP Kulon Progo was done manually and there were several obstacles, namely the difficulty of recording complaints data and incompatibility of reporting data, and data loss. By utilizing the current smartphone technology, an idea or recommendation has emerged from the author to implement an application program in an Android-based community activity, namely the Android-based Public Complaint Service with Google Maps Fire Technology Assistance. This application was developed and designed using the Application Programming Interface (API). It is hoped that this application can facilitate the public in conveying their aspirations or complaints to the authorities (Satpol PP), and can respond quickly, precisely and accurately in acting outside the field.
