Abstract

Village is the smallest administrative division in Indonesia. Village is the main key of an equitable development manifestation. One of government efforts to support the equitable development is village funds distribution. A large amount of village funds demand the village government to have a good financial management. A right allocation is an evidence that the village’s financial is well managed. The way to get the right allocation for activities that use village funds can be done by providing criteria for activities that are adjusted to the direction and purpose of development. It also needed a project recommendation system to reduce possible loss or intervention in village funds uses. Some important project realization aspect are used for project priority considerations. Project priority decisions could be determined by calculation of project realization aspects. Several projects variables could be used in Fuzzy Database Tahani functions. The result of the functions could be used as project allocation considerations. Highest recommendation value project is the most recommended project to accept.
