Abstract
The development of the motorcycle industry in Indonesia has experienced a significant development. Motorbikes are more fuel efficient and environmentally friendly; however, with the high number of motorbike users now problems arise that not all motorists have the ability to make improvements to the damage to their motorbikes. With the advancement of smartphone technology today, it raises an idea from the author to try to implement one expert system application program into smartphone service quality activities. The system to be created is "Android-Based Forward Chaining Damage Motorcycle Diagnosis Application". Using this expert system is expected to help users know the damage and make repairs to their motorbikes earlier before continuing damage. Keywords: Expert System, Forward Chaining
