Abstract

ABSTRAK Demi mendukung kelancaran dalam sarana transpotasi darat yang saat ini sangat menunjang perkembangan dan kemajuan suatu wilayah maka dibutuhkan sarana transpotasi yang mampu mendukung perkembangan di segala bidang khususnya dalam perpindahan manusia dan barang. Sebagai evaluasi dalam kegiatan pengaturan dan pengawasan pelayanan Bus Trans Jogja Jalur IB pada khususnya, dengan menggunakan Indikator Kinerja Angkutan Umum Menurut Departemen Perhubungan Darat Tahun 1996 dan world bank. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kinerja angkutan bus trans jogja terutama pada jalur IB dalam pelayanannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dengan menganalisis pelayanan dengan pengumpulan data primer meliputi waktu antara (headway), jumlah penumpang, jarak jalan kaki ke shelter, jumlah penggantian moda, waktu tempuh dan kecepatan perjalanan bus, data skunder seperti peta jalur IB trans jogja , kapasitas bus, penjadwalan bus trans jogja dan jumlah bus cadangan. Data dianalisis menggunakan microsoft Excel kemudian hasil pengolahan data dibandingkan dengan Indikator Kinerja Umum Menurut Departemen Perhubungan Darat Tahun 1996. Dari hasil penelitian yang diperoleh untuk jalur IB mempunyai waktu antara (headway) 15,61 menit, waktu tunggu 7,80 menit, jarak jalan kaki ke shelter 548,61 meter, jumlah penggantian moda 0 kali, waktu tempuh 110 menit, dan kecepatan 21,32 km/jam. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan jalur IB memenuhi tiga dari enam Indikator Departemen Perhubungan Darat Tahun 1996. Kata Kunci : Bus Trans Jogja, Analisis, Evaluasi, pelayanan, Kinerja Angkutan Umum. ABSTRACT In order to support the smooth operation of land transportation facilities which currently strongly support the development and progress of a region, transportation means are needed to be able to support developments in all fields, especially in the movement of people and goods, as an evaluation in regulating and supervising the Trans Jogja Bus Track-1B services in particular, using Public Transport Performance Indicators according to the 1996 Land Transportation Department and World Bank. This research is conducted to determine the extent to which the performance of Trans Jogja bus transportation, especially on Track-1B, in its services. The research method used by analyzing services with primary data collection includes time between (headway), number of passengers, and walking distance to the shelter, number of mode changes, travel time and bus travel speed, secondary data such as Trans Jogja 1B route map, bus capacity, Trans Jogja bus scheduling and number of reserve buses. Data are analyzed using Microsoft Excel then the results of data processing are compared with General Performance Indicators According to the Land Transportation Department in 1996. From the obtained research results of the Track-1B, it has a headway time of 15.61 minutes, waiting time of 7.80 minutes, walking distance to the shelter 548.61 meters, number of modes of change 0 time, travel time 110 minutes, and speed 21.32 km/hour. From the carried out results of the research, the Track-1B meets three of the six indicators of the Department of Land Transportation in 1996.
