Abstract
Yogyakarta City noted that in 2017 the number of 2-wheeled vehicles was 71,566 units, 4-wheeled vehicles totaling 12,746 units and in 2018 increased 211 percent 2-wheeled vehicles to 222,915 units, 4-wheel vehicles increased 344 percent to 56,647 units. In the automotive world, business activities in the form of repair and sales of spare parts from the past until now have become an important part. Business people engaged in service and sales of spare parts for motorized vehicles (Mobil) have promoted through mass media such as newspapers and pamphlets, but tight business competition and rapid growth of information technology make customers easily switch to competitors. Business to Customer (B2C) is a form of buying and selling products or services that involve companies selling products or services with consumers that are conducted through electronic networks connected to the internet. Through this website-based car service booking system, users can easily get information on car parts prices and ease in ordering car repair services without having to come to the workshop. The system will be created titled " Application Design of Website-Based Car Service Booking". The method of working on this final project uses the SDLC method (Life Cycle Development System) which will create a website that benefits both the seller and the buyer.
