Abstract
Catering is one of the service businesses in the field of food that has been in great demand by agencies or individuals. Catering services are very helpful for people in providing food at certain events, which makes it more effective and efficient. Cendana Catering is one of the food service companies located in Yogyakarta, which still uses a manual system in managing financial resources and production management so that it lacks the structured filing of corporate financial files. By utilizing existing information technology the author will try to help design an appropriate financial resource management application system for processing financial and website-based production management, so that it will be able to help provide effective information and streamline the process of filing corporate financial data to be more efficient for Cendana Catering. This financial resource management application is used to find out the company's total income and calculate the company's profit and loss. Financial resource management applications are open, where management staff can manage financial reports, and management staff can see the results and control each inputting data based on access rights. The step of making a website financial management application system will use the PHP programming language and MySQL for the database server. Application model design is described using usecase diagrams, class diagrams, ERD (Entity Relationship Diagrams) and drawing user interface interfaces that are user friendly to make it easier for users to use this application. Information generated from the system of financial management resources is financial statements, which include the company's operational costs, product sales, company expenses, and reports on the company's net income.
