Abstract
The Chanadia Bakery shop in Semarang, Central Java, is one of the bakeries that have varied tastes and products. Chanadia Bakery is a bakery product sales business located in the middle of Semarang city which is definitely the area of Semarang's tourism center which presents different tastes from other cities for the souvenir sector for tourism areas. Chanadia Bakery Semarang in selling its products is very prioritizing customer satisfaction in serving customers in the sector of sales and ordering products manufactured by the Chanadia Bakery Shop. Chanadia Bakery stores have promoted in stores and on social media in the form of Facebook and Instagram. However, this method is not enough to inform more clearly about the products and other product information that are sold so that the customer must come directly to find out the information on the product being sold and the customer gets the information that is minimal and fairly long to come to the store. In terms of production scheduling for product orders, Chanadia Bakery stores have difficulties in scheduling and reporting scheduling records by the production department. Therefore, the design and implementation of the Production Scheduling System for Online Service Orders Using the EDD method (Earliest Due Date) and SPT method (Shortest Processing Time) is expected to overcome the problems that exist in the Chanadia Bakery Semrang Shop. The design of this system using the software used in building this application is PHP (Pear Hypertext Prepocessor) as a programming language, MySQL as a database server, and Sublime Text 3 and XAMMP as support. The Production Scheduling System for Order Online Service at Chanadia Bakery is a web-based system that provides information to the public, especially chanadia Bakery customers, about information on products sold by Chanadia Bakery Semarang, Central Java.
