Abstract

Village offices in Madiun Regency are in the process of collecting population data using a system that is still very manual. One of the problems in the government program is the lack of socialization on data collection of poor families in the implementation of the Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) program at the Village, Subdistrict, and Provincial levels. Lack of socialization is due to the unavailability of adequate facilities to obtain accurate and up-to-date information about the data collection of the poor so that there are many misuse of rights to obtain assistance, either in the form of Poor Household Rice (Raskin) or Direct Cash Assistance (BLT). detrimental to the poor or underprivileged because they do not get their rights as they should, because the receipt of Cash Direct Assistance (BLT) that is not held right on target. The design and manufacture of naïve bayes algorithms to determine the feasibility of the BLT beneficiaries based on the 14 poverty variables of the Web-based Central Statistics Agency (BPS) is expected to provide convenience to each village and sub-district office and prevent mismanagement by using the Naïve algorithm method Bayes. This system will run with admin data at each office of the village office and connect online with the parent website of the Wungu District office. This is so that the data of the poor of each village in each village office can be monitored from the subdistrict as output every 3 months of observation in 1 year. The design of this system uses the Naïve Bayes or Bayesian Classifier algorithm calculation method in the data entry process which is expected to be able to focus on the results of the application output as the annual report of the Wungu Madiun sub-district.
