Abstract
ABSTRAK Jogja Apartment yang berada di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta termasuk ke dalam wilayah gempa kategori resiko gempa IV. Bangunan Gedung Jogja Apartment yang terdiri dari 12 lantai upper structure, di tambah 2 Basemant. Sebagaimana gedung yang lain maka begitu juga dengan Gedung Jogja Apartment sebelum digunakan harus dilakukan evaluasi kinerja terlebih dahulu, agar jika terjadi gempa bangunan tidak mengalami kerusakan yang dapat membahayakan nyawa orang lain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui nilai base shear dan displacement pada kurva pushover hasil SAP2000 V14 dan mengetahui kriteria kinerja seismik struktur Gedung Jogja Apartment berdasarkan ATC 40. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengetahui perilaku bangunan ialah respon spektrum dan peraturan dari berbagai standar nasional Indonesia, hal ini guna memperoleh kriteria kinerja bangunan berdasarkan peraturan ATC 40 dengan bantuan software SAP2000 V14. Dari hasil analisis pushover didapatkan nilai base shear pada bangunan Jogja Apartment sebesar 52461,7731 ton (arah x), 57721,5236 ton (arah y). Serta displacement (Dt) bangunan pertama sebesar 0,112282 m (arah x), 0,086524 m (arah y). dapat disimpulkan semakin besar nilai base shear semakin jauh displacement gedung hal ini dapat dilihat pada tabel distribusi sendi plastis dan hasil kedua dari hasil analisis pushover di dapat bahwa gedung Jogja Apartment berada di dalam level kinerja (Performance Point) Immediate Occupancy, Level kinerja sesuai dengan ATC-40 Immediate Occupancy mempunyai arti bahwa bangunan aman saat terjadi gempa, resiko korban jiwa dan kegagalan struktur tidak terlalu berarti karena kekakuan kestabilan struktur masih terjaga. Jika terjadi kerusakan kecil tidak akan berpengaruh pada struktur utama bangunan. Kata Kunci: ATC-40, Bangunan, Kinerja, Pushover, Jogja Apartment ABSTRACT Jogja Apartment located in the Special Region of Yogyakarta is included in the earthquake area IV earthquake risk category. Jogja Apartment Building which consists of a 12 floor upper structure, added 2 Basemant. As with other buildings, so does the Jogja Apartment Building before the performance evaluation must be done first, so that in the event of an earthquake a building does not suffer damage that could endanger the lives of others. The purpose of this study is to determine the value of base shear and displacement on the SAP2000 V14 pushover curve and find out the seismic performance criteria of the Jogja Apartment Building structure based on ATC 40. The method used to determine building behavior is spectrum response and regulations from various Indonesian national standards, this in order to obtain building performance criteria based on ATC 40 regulations with the help of SAP2000 V14 software. From the results of the pushover analysis, the value of the base shear in the Jogja Apartment building was 52461.7731 tons (direction x), 57721.5236 tons (direction y). As well as the displacement (Dt) of the first building is 0.112282 m (direction x), 0.086524 m (y direction). it can be concluded that the greater the base shear value the further the displacement of the building can be seen in the plastic joint distribution table and the second result from the pushover analysis can be found that the Jogja Apartment building is in the performance level (Performance Point), performance level is in accordance with ATC -40 Immediate Occupancy means that the building is safe during an earthquake, the risk of casualties and structural failure is not too significant because the stiffness of the structural stability is still maintained.
