Abstract
ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi konstruksi pada saat ini mengalami kemajuan yang pesat, ditandai dengan adanya berbagai inovasi jenis material maupun peralatan yang modern. Dalam perkembangan dunia konstruksi saat ini, banyak usaha yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas kerja, baik dari segi struktur maupun manajemen konstruksi. Perusahaan jasa konstruksi selalu berusaha merealisasikan proyeknya dengan biaya dan waktu seefisien mungkin tanpa mengurangi mutu serta kualitas dari pekerjaannya tersebut. Pemilihan suatu metode menjadi sangat penting dalam pelaksanaan suatu pekerjaan konstruksi, karena dengan metode pelaksanaan yang tepat maka pekerjaan akan lebih maksimal tertama jika ditinjau dari segi biaya dan waktu. Salah satu cara yang dilakukan adalah mengganti struktur dengan metode konvensional menjadi metode yang lebih modern. Hal ini memunculkan inovasi sistem pelat menggunakan metode floordeck sebagai alternatif dari penggunaan pelat konvensional pada gedung bertingkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa perbandingan biaya dari penggunaan pelat lantai konvensional dan pelat lantai floordeck, serta apa kelebihan dan kekurangan dari pelat lantai konvensional dan pelat lantai floordeck, sehingga nantinya dapat diketahui berapa perbandingan biaya pelaksanaan antara kedua pelat lantai tersebut serta kelebihan dan kekurangan dari penggunaan kedua jenis pelat tersebut . Penelitian ini berlokasikan di Gedung RSUD Wates, Kulon Progo, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Langkah pengerjaannya adalah pengumpulan data, analisis struktur berdasarkan gambar denah kerja serta SNI, dan analisis biaya berdasarkan Permen PUPR No.28 Tahun 2016. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh biaya pelat lantai konvensional sebesar Rp. 9.218.688.900,00 untuk harga keseluruhan pelat lantai dan Rp. 874.400,00 untuk harga per meter persegi, sedangkan untuk pelat lantai floordeck sebesar Rp. 7.313.320.600,00 untuk harga keseluruhan pelat lantai dan Rp. 693.700,00 untuk harga per meter persegi. Perbandingan anggaran biaya untuk pelat lantai konvensional dan pelat lantai floordeck adalah sebesar Rp. 1.905.368.300,00 untuk harga keseluruhan keseluruhan dan Rp. 180.700,00 untuk harga per meter persegi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa biaya penggunaan pelat lantai floordeck lebih murah dibandingkan dengan penggunaan pelat lantai konvensional dengan persentase sebesar 20,67 %. Pelat lantai floordeck lebih murah dibandingkan pelat lantai konvensional, tetapi dalam pelaksanaannya pelat lantai floordeck harus menggunakan tenaga yang sudah ahli dan berpengalaman untuk meninimalisir sisa yang terbuang dari pemotongan floordeck dan wiremesh, pelat lantai floordeck juga memerlukan beberapa aksesoris tambahan dalam pemasangannya. Sedangkan untuk pelat konvensional walaupun biaya yang dikeluarkan lebih mahal tetapi dalam pelaksanaannya tidak memerlukan tenaga ahli dan tidak memerlukan aksesoris tambahan, serta bekisting dapat digunakan beberapa kali pakai. ABSTRACT The development of construction technology is currently experiencing rapid progress, marked by the presence of various types of modern material and equipment innovations. In the current development of the construction world, many efforts have been made to improve the quality and quantity of work, both in terms of structure and construction management. Construction service companies always try to realize their projects with cost and time as efficiently as possible without reducing the quality and quality of the work. The choice of a method becomes very important in the implementation of a construction work, because with the right implementation method, the work will be more maximal if viewed in terms of cost and time. One way to do this is to replace the structure with conventional methods into a more modern method. This led to the innovation of the plate system using the Floordeck method as an alternative to the use of conventional plates in multi-storey buildings. This study aims to find out the ratio of costs from the use of conventional floor slabs and floordeck floor plates, as well as what are the advantages and disadvantages of conventional slab and floordeck floor plates, so that later it can be known how much the cost ratio between the two slabs and the advantages and disadvantages of use of these two types of plates. This research was located in Wates Hospital Building, Kulon Progo, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The process of the process is collecting data, analyzing the structure based on the drawing of the work plan and SNI, and cost analysis based on PUPR Regulation No.28 of 2016. The results of calculations obtained conventional floor plate costs of Rp. 9,218,688,900.00 for the overall price of the slab and Rp. 874,400.00 for the price per square meter, while for the floordeck floor plate Rp. 7,313,320,600.00 for the overall price of the slab and Rp. 693,700.00 for the price per square meter. Comparison of budget costs for conventional floor slabs and floordeck floor plates is Rp. 1,905,368,300.00 for the overall price and Rp. 180,700.00 for the price per square meter. It can be concluded that the cost of using floordeck floor plates is cheaper compared to the use of conventional floor plates with a percentage of 20.67%. Floordeck floor plates are cheaper than conventional floor plates, but in practice the floordeck floor plate must use skilled and experienced personnel to minimize the waste left over from floordeck and wiremesh cuts, floordeck floor plates also require some additional accessories in the installation. Whereas for conventional plates even though the costs incurred are more expensive but in its implementation do not require experts and do not require additional accessories, and formwork can be used several times.
