Abstract
ABSTRAK Gedung Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) merupakan gedung pemerintahan dalam suatu lembaga legislatif yang berkedudukan sebagai unsur penyelenggara pemerintahan daerah. Pemkab Sleman melakukan audit energi pada bangunan di kompleks perkantoran Kabupaten Sleman sebagaiupaya penghematan listrik. Gedung DPRD Sleman berada di kompleks perkantoran Kabupaten Sleman. Metode yang digunakan adalah Arsitektur Hemet Energi untuk merespon permasalahan yang ada. Hasil desain untuk menjadikan bangunan Gedung DPRD dapat menghemat listrik, yaitu 1) material alami seperti kayu digunakan sebagai material pelapis lantai dan plafon; 2) penggunaan VRV System sebagai penghawaan dan lampu sensor gerak sehingga dapat menghemat penggunaan listrik; 3) penggunaan kran air sensor pada toilet sebagai upaya penghemat air dan listrik; 4) grey water sebagai water re-use yang nantinya digunakan untuk fire protection; 5) green roof diterapkan sebagai penenggulangan terhadap strom water, peredam suara dan penurun suhu ruang dibawahnya. Sebagai identitas bangunan di Sleman bentuk atap Joglo digunakan hasil; 6) penerapan RTH untuk memaksimalkan lahan hijau. Kata kunci: Audit Energi, Bangunan Pemerintahan, Hemat Energi. ABSTRACT The Regional Legislative Council building is a government building in a legislative institution functioning as an element running the regional government. The regional government of Sleman carries out an energy audit on the buildings in the office complex of Sleman Regency as an attempt to save electricity. The Regional Legislative Council building of Sleman is in the office complex of Sleman Regency. The research method is the energy-efficient architecture to respond to the existing problems. The results show that the design to make the Regional Legislative Council building electricity-efficient includes the following. 1) Natural materials such as wood are used as floor and ceiling covering materials. 2) The VRV system in air conditioning and motion-sensor lights are used so that the use of electricity is efficient. 3) Sensor taps are used in toilets as an attempt to save water and electricity. 4) Grey water as water reuse is then used as fire protection. 5) Green roofs are used as protection from storm water, sound absorbers, and temperature lowering media for rooms underneath. As a building identity in Sleman the joglo shaped roof is used. 6) The green open space is applied to maximize the green space. Keywords: Energy Audit, Government Building, Energy Efficient
