Abstract
ABSTRAK Pantai Menganti terletak di barat Kabupaten Kebumen, Desa Karangduwur, Kecamatan Ayah. Pantai ini menyuguhkan pemandangan yang indah. Selain berpasir putih, batuan purba bekas gunung berapi bawah laut juga hadir disini. Berdasarkan keterangan Ketua Karang Taruna Desa Karangduwur, setelah adanya pembangunan villa di pantai Menganti, tempat ini memiliki jumlah pengunjung wisata yang setiap tahunnya selalu bertambah dengan pesat. Pada akhirnya, Ketua Karang Taruna Desa Karangduwur dan pengelola swadaya setempat, memutuskan untuk mengembangkan pembangunan akomodasi tempat inap yang lebih besar yaitu resort. Tujuan dari resort tersebut adalah untuk menyediakan fasilitas tempat tinggal sementara bagi pendatang, menambah pendapatan bagi warga setempat dan sebagai daya tarik wisata laut, baik secara local maupun internasional. Ide perancangan resort ini menggunakan pendekatan Healing Environment. Healing Environment sendiri adalah sebuah proses penyembuhan berwawasan lingkungan. Bangunan akan didesain dengan ciri khas rumah tropis dan menggunakan material alam. Desain akan memanfaatkan kontur di perbukitan pantai, dengan tujuan agar desain tidak terlihat seperti rumah tropis pada umumnya, namun lebih unik. Disimpulkan, bahwa Perancangan Resort di Pantai Menganti Kabupaten Kebumen Dengan Pendekatan Healing Environment adalah suatu penerapan konsep yang bertujuan sebagai proses relaksasi, rekreasi, dan proses penyembuhan psikologis maupun fisik penggunanya. Kata Kunci: Resort, Pantai Menganti, Healing Environment. ABSTRACT Menganti Beach is located in the west of Kebumen Regency, Karangduwur Village, Ayah District. This beach offers beautiful scenery. Apart from white sand, there are also ancient rocks from the former underwater volcanoes. Based on the information from the Head of the Youth Association, Karangduwur Village, after the construction of a villa at Menganti beach, this place has a number of visitors who are increasing rapidly every year. In the end, the Head of the Youth Association Karangduwur Village and the local self-help manager, decided to develop the construction of a larger accomodation, the resort. The purpose of the resort is to provide temporary shelter facilities for tourists, to increase income for local residents, and as an attraction of marine tourism, both locally and internationally. The idea of designing this resort applies the Healing Environment approach. The Healing Environment itself is an environmentally healing process. The building will be designed with tropical house characteristics and will make use of natural materials. The design will utilize contours in the coastal hills, so the design will not appear the same as tropical house in general, but is more unique. It is concluded that the design of resorts in Menganti Beach, Kebumen Regency with a Healing Environment Approach is an application of concept which plays a role as the process of relaxation, recreation, and psychological and physical healing process for the users.
