Abstract
ABSTRAK Permasalahan yang dihadapi kawasan wisata Pesisir Selatan terutama desa Carocok Tarusan adalah kurangnya fasilitas akomodasi transportasi sampai akomodasi penginapan yang memadai. Marina merupakan sebuah wadah (dermaga) yang bertujuan untuk melayani aktivitas transportasi antar pulau menggunakan transportasi berupa kapal. Bangunan yang akan di bangun yaitu Hotel Resort untuk menyediakan akomodasi penginapan bagi pengunjung wisata maupun untuk kunjungan kerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam permasalahan ini yaitu rational approach dapat diselesaikan dengan sintesis yang dipadukan dengan pendekatan konsep Recreational Waterfront, kemudian akan memunculkan konsep rancangan bangunan. Metode pendekatan perancangan yang digunakan adalah personal ( role ). Melalui penerapan desain Marina Hotel Resort diharapkan mampu mewadahi semua kebutuhan dan keperluan para pengunjung, karena desain ini selain menyediakan fasilitas utama sebagai akomodasi transportasi dan fasilitas pendukung sebagai akomodasi penginapan, Kata kunci: Akomodasi, Marina Hotel Resort, Rational Approach, Recreational Waterfront. ABSTRACT The problem faced by the tourist area of Pesisir Selatan, especially the village of Carocok Tarusan, is the lack of transportation accommodation facilities to adequate lodging accommodation. Marina is a container that aims to serve inter-island transportation activities using transportation in the form of ships. The building that will be built is the Hotel Resort to provide lodging accommodation for tourist visitors and for work visits. The method used in this problem, namely the rational approach can be solved by synthesis combined with the approach of the Recreational Waterfront concept, then it will bring up the concept of building design. The method of design approach used is personal (role). Through the application of the design of Marina Hotel Resort, it is expected to be able to accommodate all the needs and needs of visitors, because this design besides providing the main facilities as transportation accommodation and supporting facilities as lodging accommodation, Keywords: Accommodation, Marina Hotel Resort, Rational Approach, Recreational Waterfront.
