Abstract

ABSTRAK Rumah Susun Ketelan Surakarta ini merupakan bangunan tempat tinggal bertingat yang diperuntukan guna masyarakat sekitar yang belum memiliki tempat tinggal tetap. Rumah Susun Ketelan Surakarta adalah struktur beton bertulang pemikul momen yang berdiri dengan empat lantai dengan luas bangunan adalah 163 m2 serta memiliki ketinggian 11,55 m, dengan ketinggian perlantainya adalah 2,9 m. Struktur bangunan harus mampu menerima gaya gempa pada level tertentu tanpa terjadi kerusakan yang signifikan pada struktur atau apabila bangunan harus mengalami keruntuhan. Tujuan Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan nilai sendi plastis gaya geser pada bangunan, nilai level kinerja bangunan berdasarkan Fema 440, dan nilai level kinerja bangunan berdasarkan ATC-40. Metode penelitian ini ialah melakukan evaluasi kinerja bangunan pada Rumah Susun Ketelan Surakarta berdasarkan respon spektrum dan standar nasional Indonesia. Hasil tugas akhir ini mendapatkan nilai sendi plastis sebesar -0,000598 m pada arah X, dan nilai arah Y sebesar 0,000814 m. sedangkan nilai gaya geser pada arah X sebesar 41065,947kN, dan arah Y sebesar 9567,557 kN. Level kinerja berdasarkan FEMA 440 mendapatkan nilai target perpindahan arah x sebesar 0,128 m dan nilai target perpindahan lateral struktur arah y sebesar 0,0003 m, yang artinya masuk ke dalam kategori IO (Immediate Occupancy), yang berarti bahwa bangunan Gedung Rumah Susun Ketelan Surakarta apabila terkena gempa maka bangunan tersebut dapat langsung digunakan kembali tanpa ada kerusakan struktur yang berarti. Sedangkan level kinerja bangunan berdasrkan batasan ratio drift menurut ATC-40, maka hasil perhitungan diatas didapatkan hasil ratio drift arah x = 0,000257 dan ratio drift arah y = 0,000102 yang berarti bahwa gedung yang ditinjau adalah termasuk dalam level Immediate Occupancy (IO). Yang berarti bahwa bangunan Gedung Rumah Susun Ketelan Surakarta apabila terkena gempa maka bangunan tersebut dapat langsung digunakan kembali tanpa ada kerusakan struktur yang berart Kata Kunci : Rusunawa, Surakarta, Pushover, Fema 440, ATC-40. ABSTRACT This Flats of Ketelan in Surakarta is a memorial residential building intended for the surrounding community who do not have a permanent residence. The Flats of Ketelan are reinforced concrete structures which bear moments that stand with four floors with a building area of 163 m2 and have a height of 11.55 m, with a height of 2.9 m. Building structures must be able to accept earthquake forces at a certain level without significant damage to the structure or if the building has to collapse. The purpose of this Final Project is to obtain the value of the shear force plastic joints in the building, the value of the building performance level based on Fema 440, and the building performance level values based on ATC-40. The method of this study was to evaluate the performance of buildings in Ketelan Flats of Surakarta based on spectrum response and Indonesian national standards. The result of this final project showed the plastic joint value of -0,000598 m in the direction of X, and the value of Y direction was 0,000814 m. While the value of shear force in the direction of X was 41065.947kN, and the direction of Y was 9567.557 kN. The performance level based on FEMA 440 showed the target value of x-direction displacement of 0.128 m and the target value of lateral displacement of the y-direction structure was 0.0003 m, which included in the category of IO (Immediate Occupancy). It means that the building of Ketelan in Surakarta, when hit by an earthquake then the building can be reused immediately without any significant structural damage. While the level of performance of the building based on the ratio of drift ratio according to ATC-40, the results of the above calculations were obtained by the direction of drift ratio x = 0,000257 and the direction of drift ratio y = 0,000102. It means that the buildings reviewed are included in the level of Immediate Occupancy (IO). ) Indicates that the building of Ketelan Flats in Surakarta when it is hit by an earthquake, the building can be directly reused without any significant structural damage.
