Abstract
ABSTRAK Rowo Jombor merupakan salah satu wisata unggulan di desa Krakitan Kabupaten Klaten. Keberadaan Warung Apung di Waduk Rowo Jombor memberikan dampak positif bagi sektor Wisata dan Perekonomian lingkungan sekitar. Warung terapung ini tidak memiliki izin mendirikan bangunan di atas Waduk Rowo Jombor oleh pemerintah Kabupaten Klaten maupun Pemerintah Provinsi. Pembuangan limbah sisa makanan yang di hasilkan dari keberadaan warung terapung ini mengakibatkan pencemaran terhadap air waduk, sehingga air waduk menjadi kotor dan mengakibatkan pertumbuhan ikan terhambat dan cepatnya pertumbuhan tanaman eceng gondok yang berdampak pada kondisi waduk yang menjadi dangkal. Pemerintah Provinsi beserta Pemerintah Kabupaten ingin mengembalikan fungsi Rowo Jombor seperti dulu lagi dan mengali potensi-potensi yang ada di sana, Maka salah satu dampaknya adalah Pemerintah akan memindahkan Warung Apung yang semula terapung di atas Rowo Jombor ke daratan. Lokasinya berada tepat di sisi sebelah timur dari Waduk Rowo Jombor. Metode perancangan yang digunakan melalui pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder tentang Rowo Jombor melalui internet, wawancara, dan observasi langsung terhadap kondisi Rowo Jombor. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis untuk menentukan konsep perancangan. Perancangan ini menggunakan pendekatan Arsitektur Kontekstual dengan tetap mempertahankan identitas dari warung terapung yang telah melekat di desa Krakitan. Implementasi elemen Kontekstual meliputi : elemen nature, cultural respect, physical respect dan urban context. Strategi lain dengan menunjukkan identitas-identitas lokalnya melalui bentukan massa bangunan yang mentransformasikan bentuk bangunan di sekitar kawasan dan Kabupaten Klaten dengan material-material yang di gunakan merupakan material lokal untuk menunjukkan kekayaan Klaten seperti material bambu, kayu, batu dan daun tebu. Kata kunci: kontekstual, relokasi, rowo jombor, warung apung. ABSTRACT Rowo Jombor is one of preeminent tourism objects in Krakitan Village, Klaten Regency. The existence of Warung Apung (floating restaurants) in Rowo Jombor Reservoir has given positive impacts to the tourism sector and the economy of nearby areas. The floating restaurants have not had the permit to set up buildings on Rowo Jombor Reservoir Dam issued by the government of Klaten Regency or the Provincial Government. The waste disposal of food leftovers from those floating restaurants have caused contamination to the dam water in form of soiled water, the inhibited fish development and the accelerating development of water hyacinth that led to the shallowing of reservoir condition. Therefore the Provincial and Regency Governments intend to restore the function of Rowo Jombor reservoir to its previous role and explore its potentials. And one of its impact is to relocate the floating restaurants to the land area. The location is precisely situated at the east side of the Rowo Jombor reservoir. Designing method in this study used was primary and secondary data collection about Rowo Jombor via Internet, interviews, and on-site observation to the condition of Rowo Jombor. The data then was analyzed to determine the designing concept. This design used Contextual Architecture approach by maintaining the identify of floating restaurants that has been attached to the Krakitan village. The implementation of Contextual contains some elements, i.e. nature, cultural respect, physical respect, and urban context. Another strategy was used by showing the local identities through the formation of building mass that has transformed the building structure in its nearby areas and Klaten Regency using local materials utilized to exhibit the wealth of Klaten region like bamboos, woods, stones, and cane leaves.
