Abstract

Human Resources Department is one of the company or Business Institution that often becomes the main source of problems, especially the new workers recruitment. HRD often gets confused when they decide to have new employee recruitment. HRD has different criteria to make decision on the recruitment. Besides, HRD also has alternatives of the employees to hire. Therefore, a company needs a web-based system to support the decisions for the HRD to choose the new employees based on the decided criteria. This problem is solved using web-based Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). It helps HRD to choose the new employees easily. SAW method is a method used in decision making with various criteria. This method gives weighting to the alternatives based on various criteria. The alternative with the biggest weighting becomes the chosen alternative recommended by the costumers.
