Abstract
Tighter growth of business competition and information technology rapid enhancement drive customers to move to different competitors. In this case, information technology gives much advantages and benefits to business world. This bakery is a middle scaled business in culinary. This bakery does not yet apply information system. This condition clearly makes the management of the bakery to find a new shortcut to maintain customers loyalty. The research aims to build CRM system which can help manage selling data and give promotion information to the customers. This system uses Delphi programming and database MySQL for storage and database. Key words: CRM, UML, Dekstop, SMS gateway
