Abstract
Vocational High School is a high education unit which prioritize learners competence improvement needed for certain field of jobs, adaptation ability to the work place, sensitivity to see work opportunity and future self personal development. On the other word, vocational schools are parts of education system to prepare learners readiness to work for a particular jobs. Problems occurred in the process of specialization that the students chose. It often happens that students get confused of deciding the specialization which fits their interests and capabilities. This initial aim of the system is to help students decide their specialization that fits their interest and capabilities as the main consideration to support the work performance to be more effective and efficient. One of the methods used in deciding the specialization is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) since it can help accelerate accurate and optimum calculation of the work performance. The result of this system is the emergence of web-based information system to decide students specialization to help students avoid confusion when choosing their vocational specialization they like.
