Abstract
Lagita Bakery is a shop selling bakery and cakes traditionally without using computerized system. It still applies manual selling system to record customers data. Lagita bakery still applies on-the-spot marketing system in which the customers visit personally to the shop to purchase the cakes in cash system. Based on the above problems, it is proposed to apply an web-based information system on selling the cakes. With this application system on selling the cakes, it is hoped that customers can purchase the products online without a need for them to come on the spot to Lagita bakery. The payment can be also proceeded via bank transfer. With the transfer receipt, the delivery can be proceeded via POS and TIKI. This online shop can either be functioned to make promotions on the products or online based marketing. With this web-based marketing system, Lagita bakery gets advantages in organizing data on selling transactions and report. In addition, it also help the customers to purchase the products easily.
