Abstract
ABSTRACT Murtigading Urban Village is one of 4 urban villages in Sanden District, Bantul Regency. Currently the data processing in Murtigading Urban Village already has an information system but it is still manually recorded in the register book every time it performs population services so that it has not made it easy for residents and has not accelerated employee performance. Population Data Processing System is considered by employees to take data reports every month. There are still many village institutions that process data by writing in a book so that when documented it will require a long search, as well as when residents in Kelurahan Murtigading submit a Birth Certificate, Certificate of Application for Resident Identity Card, Death Certificate, Death Certificate of Incoming Population, Resident's Certificate Exit the manufacturing process will take a long time and the Certificate of Printing is only one time without reprinting. Therefore, this system will develop in the submission of Birth Certificate, Certificate of Application for Resident Identity Card, Death Certificate, Incoming Population Certificate, and Resident Resident Certificate carried out by employees. Presentation of information in web form will make it easier for employees, admins, and lurah to access it. The data processing design that is displayed in this system uses admin notifications for approval to issue a letter output when residents and employees input data submission is complete. The software used in the form of building this application is PHP (Pear Hypertext Prepocessor) as a programming language, My SQL as a database server.
