Abstract
ABSTRACT Data processing of invited guests and the presence of invited guests at Patron Wedding Organizer is still done manually by entering the guest book. In the process, the concern is when the guest book is damaged or lost and it will take time to look at or look for guests data and attendance. With the existence of these cases it’s necessary to do computerization to overcome the case, then strived to implement a special application system for processing invited guests data and the presence of invited guests and designing an application that can help the complexities experienced so far, with the hope that the information needed can be run quickly and accurately. This application is made using PHP programming and MySQL database, which is expected to help in the collection of invited guests and the presence of guests, so that it can further improve work effectiveness and provide information quickly and accurately to improve customer satisfaction.
