Abstract
ABSTRACT Kawasaki Manual Tech is engaged in motorcycle maintenance services. The rules for motorcycle maintenance at Kawasaki Manual Tech begin with complaints from customers' motorbikes to officers, then consumers wait until the motorcycle maintenance process is complete. Kawasaki Manual Tech takes care of consumer complaints every day about duck and sport type motorbike vehicles. Customer satisfaction is part of the Vision and Mission of the Kawasaki Manual Tech. Customer service is still facing difficulties in making online reservations and reminding customers to regularly maintain motorcycle maintenance to get a higher quality motorcycle performance. This research will make an online motorcycle maintenance reservation information system and reminders to consumers to carry out regular motorcycle maintenance on consumer’s motorbikes.
