Abstract
ABSTRAK Cooling pad is an electronic device that functions to generate wind and is used to cool a laptop. In general, the cooling pad still uses a manual system and the speed is constant so it is very ineffective and drains the laptop power quickly. Therefore the researcher made a controller that can be used to control the speed of the cooling pad automatically, The automatic control can be controlled with an Arduino uno-based Bluetooth microcontroller with PWM technique.
