Abstract

ABSTRAK The research of the design of the security system using e-ID card and vehicle speed limitation was carried out as an effort to reduce the crime of vehicle theft and traffic signs violations that have been done by teenagers. This study aims to create a safety system and speed limit that can be applied to limit the speed of vehicles on residential roads along with security in the parking lot. Stages in making the system include the stages of making hardware and software, testing the speed limiting system using sensors that already exist on the motor that will send a signal to the microcontroller if it exceeds the maximum speed limit. For security using an RFID sensor and equipped with an Ultrasonic sensor then processed using a suitable firmware that is the output of the Ai-Thinker firmware that supports AT Command. To use the loader tool the firmware used is the Arduino UNO firmware Keywords: Arduino UNO, RFID sensor, Speed sensor, Ultrasonic Sensor.
