Abstract
ABSTRACT Current technology has experienced very rapid development. Many new technologies can help solve human work, one of which is Radio Frequency Identification (RFID). RFID can be used to help manage data in a library. For libraries that have not worked optimally, especially libraries that still use written records in books for librarians who want to borrow books, the author utilizes RFID technology to help borrower data processing and book returns in a library. RFID can help the process of inputting data into the library database. Making this tool starts from the design of the tool and continued with assembling the components. The main component in this system is an RFID reader that is used to read data from an RFID tag that contains the primary key of a data book. RFID tag model sticker to be attached to the library book collection. RFID reader is connected to Arduino Uno as a terminal for reading RFID tags. Visual Basic as a media interface and XAMPP as a data storage media or database. Keywords : library, application, technology, RFID.
